Zirous, Inc., an Iowa corporation, its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Zirous” or “we” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy” or the “Policy”).
Scope of Privacy Policy
Zirous owns, operates, and/or provides access to our website found at www.zirous.com (the “Website”) and Zirous’s mobile applications and other sites, digital platforms and interactive services, including but not limited to extended reality services, provided by Zirous that link to or refer to the Privacy Policy (collectively with the Website, “Zirous Services” or “our Services“). This Privacy Policy applies only to the Zirous Services and does not govern the separate websites, applications, newsletters, platforms and services of any third parties that may link to or be linked to from the Zirous Services.
This Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect when you visit or access the Zirous Services, why we collect it, and how you can access, update, manage, export, and delete your information. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.
The Services are intended only for residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico.

NOTICE TO NEVADA RESIDENTS: Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: compliance@zirous.com. However, please know we do not sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
Children Under Age 13
The Services are available to children under the age of thirteen (13) only with the consent of the child’s parent/legal guardian, and any information relating to a child under age 13 should only be provided by the parent/legal guardian and is not collected directly from said child. The following procedures are in place for any collection of information of children under the age of 13:
- We do not require a child or their parent/legal guardian to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity or use the Services;
- The child’s parent/legal guardian can review their child’s personal information, direct us to delete it, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of the child’s information;

We may dispute such demands when we believe, in our discretion, that the requests are overbroad, vague or lack proper authority, but we do not promise to challenge every demand.

If Zirous is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. We will continue to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with this policy an applicable law and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We reserve the right to share with any third party, in accordance with applicable law, aggregated or other information that does not directly identify you as an individual.
How we store your information
Security
